Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and diligent individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by effectively managing post-booking processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact (POC) for customers, providing timely updates, support, and follow-ups throughout their journey with us.

  • Connect with users after booking to confirm details and guide them through the next steps, ensuring seamless transition and minimizing potential issues.
  • Share and update yatra itineraries, assist with any changes or clarifications, and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Help customers redeem coupons or discounts and resolve related queries, promoting a sense of satisfaction and loyalty among our clientele.
  • Serve as the single POC for customers, guaranteeing a smooth experience from beginning to end.
  • Collect post-travel feedback to identify areas of improvement and enhance future yatras, fostering a culture of continuous growth and development.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and service delivery, aligning with our commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike.
  • An empathetic, user-first approach with a problem-solving attitude, driving success in customer engagement and service workflows.
  • BASIC knowledge of tools like Google Sheets and WhatsApp, facilitating efficient data management and communication.
  • Availability to work from the office, full-time, allowing for seamless collaboration and teamwork.
