About the Opportunity

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of strategic analytics initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Strategic Analytics Leadership & Vision
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop tailored analytics solutions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging team members to explore new ideas and approaches.
Data Delivery & Technical Execution
  • Oversee the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
  • Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of analytics outputs.
Team Development & Collaboration
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Data Analysts; assign work, review outputs, and provide technical guidance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reporting requirements by managing team workload and capacity.
  • Promote best practices in data visualization, storytelling, and data governance.
  • Collaborate with other Analytics Leads and the Head of Data & Analytics for cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development (including DAX, data modelling, performance tuning).
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, ETL concepts, and business process mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization concepts.
