Job Opportunity:

 

As a Mechatronic Expert Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and modifying automotive switches and EM components. Your expertise in plastics used in automotive switches, their application, and moulding process will help us create innovative solutions.

 

You will work on automotive communication systems like CAN, LIN, and their usage in EM components. Additionally, you will design knowledge on capacitive touch, touch sensitive technology, and its challenges in the automotive industry.

 

A typical day in this role involves designing switches and EM components, developing hardware, problem-solving, and implementing corrective measures. You will also prepare design records and testing data.

 

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong academic background in Electrical or Mechatronics Design with 9-12 years of experience. Advanced qualifications are an added advantage.

 

Required skills include expertise in using Catia, vehicle packaging, understanding thermal and stress analysis, and system-level understanding. You should also have knowledge of switch design, other EM component design, and desired knowledge on ergonomics and HMI interfaces for vehicle level.
