MBIST Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled MBIST Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Implement hardware Memory BIST features to support ATE, in-system test, debug, and diagnostics needs of memories in design.
  • Work closely with design, design-verification, and backend teams to integrate and validate test logic across all design phases and backend implementation flow.
  • Design and debug with minimal oversight, requiring good scripting skills.
  • Involve in high-quality pattern releases to the test team, supporting silicon bring-up and yield improvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Broad mix of technologies, including ASIC Design DFT experience.
  • Knowledge of latest trends in memory testing and silicon engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in MBIST, JTAG & IJTAG protocols, and scan architectures.
  • Verification skills in System Verilog, LEC, and validating test timing of designs.
  • Experience working with gate-level simulations, debugging with VCS and other simulators.
  • Understanding of testbenches in System Verilog, UVM/VMM is a plus.
  • Post-silicon validation and debug experience, ability to work with ATE patterns.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Scripting skills in Python/Perl.
