As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our guests. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving empathy for our target audience, ensuring seamless experiences across our digital and in-store touchpoints.

">About This Role">

You will be accountable for leading design and development processes, which includes:

  • Supporting research initiatives, coordinating testing needs and synthesizing findings to inform design decisions.
  • Working closely with product/project teams, providing guidance on methodology, scoping and process coordination to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conducting qualitative research, including moderated and unmoderated testing, surveys, heuristic reviews, benchmark studies, concept testing and ethnographies to gain deeper insights into guest behavior and preferences.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and comprehensive research library to support ongoing design efforts.
  • Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes within agile sprint timelines.
  • Fostering a test-and-iterate approach to drive continuous improvement in product development.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven wireframing and prototyping skills.
  • Experience in UX design research for digital product teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex concepts to cross-functional partners.
  • A strong ability to tell compelling stories from data.
  • Ability to work comfortably in ambiguity, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing projects at various stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Experience running online panels, recruiting participants, moderating sessions and analyzing results.

What We're Looking For

  • Four-year degree in Design, Fine Art or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in design research and user experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Lean UX research methods, including remote and in-context testing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision and similar tools.
  • Commercial sense, market knowledge and ability to apply research findings to inform design decisions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
