Our team is seeking a Senior Lead Messaging Systems Expert to oversee the development and deployment of high-performance messaging systems.

This position requires a strong understanding of software engineering concepts, with 8+ years of applied experience in messaging systems such as Kafka, ActiveMQ, and other similar technologies.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, AWS messaging platforms like Amazon MSK, Amazon MQ, Amazon SQS, and proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable messaging systems
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Ensure operational stability and reliability of messaging systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Extensive hands-on experience with messaging systems, deep understanding of Kafka concepts, and proficiency in Terraform and AWS messaging platforms.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred qualifications include advanced certifications related to Kafka or AWS messaging services and previous experience in senior leadership roles focused on messaging and streaming systems.
