Job Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to lead initiatives and engage with potential students and partners to drive sales for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and pursue leads through telesales, cold calling potential partners via Google Search
  • Identify and coordinate meetings with counseling seekers
  • Coordinate sales and payment collection processes
  • Collect details of potential study abroad students
  • Provide initial counseling services, including shortlisting universities and courses - training will be provided
  • Establish relationships with foreign Universities
  • Maintain a diary of leads, follow-ups, meeting schedules, and payments
  • Familiarity with basic event design concepts using Canva
  • Coordinate and manage events at schools
  • Oversee office space and coordinate with maintenance teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA qualification
  • 1-3 years' prior experience in business development and telesales roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Results-driven and focused individual
  • Sincere, non-smoker, and work enthusiast with innovative ideas
