Senior Oracle Apps Database Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Apps DBA to join our team.

  • Install, configure and upgrade Oracle server software and related products.
  • Monitor application-related products like OACore, OAFM, Apache, etc.
  • Establish and maintain backup and recovery policies and procedures.
  • Develop database design and implementation strategies.
  • Implement and maintain database security by creating and maintaining users and roles, assigning privileges.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and provide 24/7 support when required.
  • Perform general technical troubleshooting and provide consultation to development teams.
  • Interface with Oracle Corporation for technical support.
  • Manage patch management and version control.
  • Perform database and application tuning and performance monitoring.
  • Clone DEV and TEST from PROD environments.

Required Skills

  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 and applications knowledge in Supply Chain and Financials.
  • Experience with Oracle Database release 12.1.0.2 through 19c.
  • Experience with Demantra Administration.
  • Knowledge of Exadata and Data Guard.
  • Knowledge of PL/SQL and Linux scripts.
  • Oracle Access Manager integration with EBS and Demantra is a plus.
  • Wide knowledge of general database skills.
  • Knowledge in any of the following is a plus:
  • DB2
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Oracle GoldenGate
