  • To collaborate closely with management in devising and implementing action plans aimed at eliminating identified weaknesses.
  • To assist the IT team in hands-on implementation of agreed-upon controls where needed, encompassing system configuration under the guidance of IT management.
">Compliance Responsibilities:">
  • Monitoring: Continuously monitor IT systems and processes to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171).
  • To develop and implement an IT compliance program that periodically assesses risks and gaps in regards to IT systems, applications, and processes in collaboration with the broader IT community.
  • Conduct regular audits to validate compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards, as well as proactively identify potential risks.
  • Policies Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive IT compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • To provide training and awareness programs to employees on IT compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • To work in close conjunction with IT, legal, and business teams to ensure alignment and integration of compliance activities.
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide processes to monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Information Technology, Auditing, or Business Management, along with relevant certifications like CISA, CISM, CISSP, or be in the process of obtaining them. A minimum of three to five years of experience in IT compliance is required, including corporate processes, IT, and/or Sarbanes-Oxley. Exposure to multinational environments and/or manufacturing experience is beneficial. Proficiency in an IT control framework such as NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, or similar is a must.
