Procurement Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers, and driving cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Procurement Process Management: Develop, implement, and maintain effective procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  2. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate best prices, improve quality, and increase efficiency.
  3. Cost Savings and Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to achieve budget goals.
  4. Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and analytics to stakeholders on procurement performance, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful procurement process implementation, supplier relationship management, and cost savings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
