Electrical Engineering Leadership Role
  • Direct the execution of electrical engineering projects to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual specifications.
  • Lead a team of electrical engineers in collaboration with project managers, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Oversight and management of internal and external suppliers, including electrical interfaces and related layout design.
  • Proactive project reporting on engineering progress, technical clarifications, and risk or opportunity identification.
  • Promote efficient electrical design processes, focusing on concept development, technical specification preparation, and Bill of Quantities (BoQs).
  • Ensure timely delivery, quality, and adherence to EHS standards.

Required Expertise

  • MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or relevant fields
  • At least 8 years of experience managing electrical engineering for large HVDC, Substation, or Power Plant projects
  • Strong knowledge of Electrical Power Systems, Motor Control Centers, MV and LV Switchgears, Transformers, Converters, Rectifiers, Single Line and Three Line Diagrams
  • Experience in NEC/IEEE Cable Design, Cable Routing, Duct Banks, and Cable Trays
  • Project management skills and/or experience leading intercultural teams, collaborating with international clients, partners, and suppliers
