Electrical Project Manager Role

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee various electrical aspects of projects to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) to guarantee accuracy and completeness in project planning.
  • Conduct electrical estimations and calculations to determine project costs and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with purchase, contract, and BOQ teams to finalize electrical materials and work orders efficiently.
  • Ensure the timely completion of electrical works by coordinating with project teams and contractors effectively.
  • Verify the quality of electrical installations and resolve any issues that may arise during project execution.
  • Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, and landscape consultants to design electrical systems meeting project requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical management or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

  • Assist in documentation and applications for MSEDCL new meter connections and client name changes as needed.
  • Process online payments for MSEDCL firm quotations and electricity bills accurately.
  • Maintain compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare handover documentation for electrical systems and collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve electrical problems promptly.
