About This Opportunity:

\

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the Lease Abstraction team and reporting directly to Senior Director of Support. Your key areas of focus will include leading Local Managed Services oversight and management of Managed Services employees within the India Global Delivery Centre.

\

You will engage with global business leaders to build and support the Managed Services team in India, focusing on culture and community, people management, and delivery excellence. Additionally, you will drive global integration and standardization in India by working with the Managed Services Department Service Offering Leadership.

\

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and experience in managing abstraction projects, conducting regular meetings, resolving issues, and improving processes. You will also have the chance to train and onboard new abstractors, develop the team, and inspire them to achieve great things.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the Lease Abstraction team to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with global and local leadership to drive resource management, development, and common approach adoption
  • Drive global integration and standardization in India
\

Requirements:

\
  • 7+ years' experience in Lease Abstraction or related field, managing a global team or other relevant leadership experience
  • Experience in managing abstraction projects, conducting regular meetings, resolving issues, and improving processes
  • Ability to train and onboard new abstractors, develop the team, and inspire a team to achieve great things
  • Excellent communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Polished documentation and presentation skills, and a client-centric focus
  • Experience with other business SaaS offers a plus
