As a senior blockchain developer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge blockchain solutions.

The role involves:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying scalable blockchain solutions, including smart contracts, decentralized applications, tokenization systems, and protocol upgrades.
  • Writing and auditing secure smart contracts in Solidity and Rust for tokens, DeFi protocols, and governance systems.
  • Researching and implementing tokenomics models, including supply mechanics, vesting, and utility design.
  • Building and optimizing multi-chain contracts with cross-chain interoperability.
  • Ensuring contract security and gas efficiency, adhering to industry standards and mitigating vulnerabilities.
  • Developing supporting APIs and microservices for seamless blockchain interaction.
  • Implementing event-driven architectures for real-time on-chain data processing and optimizing database schemas for efficient blockchain data indexing.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders and software developers to design innovative blockchain solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with current blockchain technology and cryptocurrency trends.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development and blockchain solutions.
  • Experience with blockchain development frameworks and tools.
  • Strong programming skills, including proficiency in Solidity, Rust, and Node.js.
  • Knowledge of Java, C++, and other programming languages.
  • Proficiency in algorithms and data structures.
  • Basic knowledge of cryptography.
