Job Title:
Organizational Leader

    As an Organizational Leader, you will play a vital role in driving business success by leading and developing high-performing teams. This key position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of various business units, ensuring seamless communication, and fostering a culture of excellence.


    Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units to discuss progress, address challenges, and set clear goals.
  • Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate, to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies that drive business growth.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Support international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success and effectiveness.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills to foster strong relationships and deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience in planning and executing Employee engagement activities and running reward and recognition programs.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and administrative practices.
  • Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software to efficiently manage tasks and communicate with colleagues.

    Core Requirements:

  • Full-time MBA/ PGDM from a reputable school.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an HRBP, resolving complex employee relations issues and working with all support functions.
  • People management, managing multiple stakeholders, attrition, intervention, and managing all levels of employees.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance, and talent management.
