Job Description:
As a Sales Director - Key Accounts, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and building strong relationships with customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, preferably with added business administration
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in sales, preferably with a focus on key account management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Self-driven, self-motivated, focused, and a team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
