As a Sales Director - Key Accounts, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and building strong relationships with customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, preferably with added business administration
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in sales, preferably with a focus on key account management
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Self-driven, self-motivated, focused, and a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
