Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Network & Security Specialist to join our team as an integral part of our network operations.

  • Install and support LANs, WANs, and network segments.
  • Collaborate with equipment vendors for troubleshooting and configuration standardization.
  • Handle firewall configurations to ensure security and optimal performance.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of LAN switching technologies, including VLANs, RSTP, ACLs, and Virtual Chassis.
  • Recommend network capacity planning strategies.
  • Plan and execute proactive maintenance for disaster recovery.
  • Monitor networks for security, reliability, and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and maintain secure and efficient network infrastructure.
  2. Analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues.
  3. Develop and recommend strategic network plans to ensure scalability and reliability.
  4. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of overall IT experience.
  • Proficient in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting FortiGate and Palo-Alto firewalls.
  • Skilled in handling Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei switches.
  • Familiarity with Aruba, Cisco controllers and access points.
  • Experience with AWS and Zscaler Private Access.
  • Sound knowledge of various network protocols and ports.
  • Familiarity with IPSec, SSL VPN, IDS, and IPS.
