Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to oversee the complete administration of our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This includes a strong understanding of Tenancy, Virtual Cloud Networks (VCN), Compartments, Network Layers, handling firewalls, subnets, and storage options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, migrate, tune, patch, and monitor OCI infrastructure for optimal performance and efficiency
  • Develop and modify Terraform scripts for application deployments on OCI and infrastructure management
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks including performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required
  • Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions to ensure high availability of infrastructure and data
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities
  • Configure and add new services as necessary to meet business requirements
  • Manage Network Security Groups, Bastion Hosts, Sessions, and Public Load Balancer provisioning for secure and efficient operations
  • Provision storage, compute nodes, networks, and understand requirements for the same to support business growth
  • Work with IaaS solutions: virtual machines/networks, on-premise/hybrid cloud computing, cloud identity, security models, cloud monitoring, logging, local and cloud storage
  • Handle Certificate renewals on OCI to maintain data integrity and security
  • Understand and implement HA architecture in an OCI environment for business continuity
  • Set up HA concepts in DR and Infrastructure for DR Site to minimize downtime and ensure business resilience
  • Migrate applications and data using migration tools to optimize IT operations
  • Perform performance management and cost optimization to ensure maximum ROI
  • Analyze solution designs that accompany business requirements for technical delivery and implementation
  • Assist in design decisions, develop, and implement cloud solutions to meet business needs
Credentials and Skills:
  • Certified OCI Architect Associate/Professional (Mandatory)
  • Certified OCI Migration and Integration Specialist (Preferred)
  • Certified OCI Security Associate/Professional (Preferred)
  • Certified OCI Cloud Operations Associate (Preferred)
