GWS Supervisor - Operations & AnalyticsThe GWS Team is an internally managed contingent workforce program responsible for compliance and vendor management. We are a customer-obsessed single point of contact for any contingent workforce need.
This role offers a broad perspective of our organization and the Global Business Services function.
As a GWS Supervisor - Operations & Analytics, you will be responsible for reporting needs, process documentation, and audit responsibilities across the contingent workforce program.
- Develop, execute, and continuously improve reporting dashboards and data sets that track defined KPIs or SLAs.
- Ensure all internal GWS processes are defined, streamlined, and documented.
- Execution of all internal audit activities, including Vendor Management System (VMS) data validation and monthly access reviews.
- Serve as Audit liaison with internal stakeholders for additional audit requests.
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual cost savings reporting and chargeback processes.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience working within an internal Contingent Workforce Program or for a Managed Service Provider.
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
- Process-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
