Financial Manager Position

We are seeking a Financial Manager to join our finance and advisory team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

The successful candidate will also support fundraising and transaction-related activities.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management information system (MIS) reports, and dashboards.
  • Develop financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Prepare detailed project reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Manage direct tax, goods and services tax (GST), and tax deduction at source (TDS) compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

Key qualifications include:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Management Accountant (CMA)/Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance

Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Tally/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and financial reporting tools

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously
