Job Opportunity:

Seeking a seasoned Business Loan Manager to lead our unsecured lending division.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SME banking and DSA handling, with a strong network of lenders and clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Originate and sanction debt funding deals for MSMEs and SMEs
  2. Develop private bankers/NBFC networks
  3. Liaise and coordinate the sanction process
  4. Implement effective business development practices across industry sectors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or MBA with private banking, NBFC experience
  • Solution-seeking mindset and clarity of communication
  • Extensive network of DSAs/NBFC/Bankers and clientele

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in SME & Mid Corporate/Business banking in unsecured lending with private banks/NBFCs.

Remuneration:

Competitive compensation package, including profit share of the division.
