Senior Patent Associate Job Opening

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Patent Associate to join our patent drafting and prosecution team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for independently handling US patent prosecution related to all Life Sciences cases, including patent drafting projects, reviewing the work of junior associates, and client communication.

This is a full-time on-site role requiring a degree in Life Sciences (preferably Chemistry) and 4-8 years of experience in US Patent Prosecution and Drafting.

  • Expert knowledge of US patent laws is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently on projects is essential.
  • Experience in handling client communications and training juniors is preferred.

Indian patent agents are welcome but not mandatory. Experience in handling IPO and EPO prosecution and drafting is also beneficial.
