Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team in a key leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in reconciliations, supplier invoice review, and financial reporting.

  • Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers, as well as inter-company transactions.
  • Review and record supplier invoices in BOS.
  • Prepare and analyze MIS reports, revenue statements, and income expenditure reports.
  • Oversee monthly billing and ensure daily/monthly BOS reconciliation.
  • Monitor receivables and follow up with debtors, preparing ageing reports as needed.
  • Maintain and update financial data across RSmart COSYS systems.
  • Process invoices and accurately record receipts.
  • Generate MIS reports and costing sheets using BOS financial data.
  • Ensure proper documentation and backup of financial transactions.
  • Conduct general ledger reviews and analysis.
  • Assist auditors with financial audits and statement preparation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent, with CA Inter or MBA Finance certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in an aviation industry setting.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and financial systems.
