Business Development Manager

The primary objective of this role is to identify, develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion in allocated regions.

To achieve this goal, the successful candidate will collaborate with existing partners, acquire new partners for end-to-end sales cycles, and negotiate pricing and costs to ensure profitability for the company. They will also provide marketing and conference support in the countries being handled to enhance the brand image.

In addition, they will be responsible for identifying and recommending new products within the existing portfolio to achieve expansion and growth in sales. This will involve analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and preparing business cases around product feasibility. The successful candidate will also coordinate with internal teams, such as regulatory and marketing, to ensure smooth execution of orders and monitor sales orders for smooth flow of operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in international business, preferably an MBA from a leading business school. Additionally, they must have relevant experience in business development within a pharma company, handling complex business regions, with 1-2 years of on-field exposure. They should be well-acquainted with Commercial Unit's backend processes and systems, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
