About the Role:
  • Translate designs into meticulous, actionable plans as a detail-oriented Architectural Drafter passionate about shaping the nation.
  • Apply knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure all designs are compliant, safe, and of the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with the team to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical plans into a cohesive design.
  • Assist in material selection, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations to support project planning and procurement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience as an Architectural Drafter, with a strong portfolio in building/infrastructure projects.
  • Expert proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Experience with Revit or other BIM software is a significant plus.
  • Deep understanding of building design, construction materials, technical specifications, and Indian building codes.
  • A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • An Associate's degree, Diploma, or certification in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
