Employee Engagement Specialist

Job Description:

The employee engagement specialist will play a vital role in creating and implementing programs to enhance the overall work environment. This individual will be responsible for designing and managing engagement initiatives that promote a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an annual engagement calendar tailored to all stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Design, implement, and manage employee recognition programs.
  • Analyze HR data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities within the workforce.
  • Generate and present reports on engagement metrics and employee feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to create and implement engagement calendars that align with organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in designing and managing surveys and analyzing results.
