Senior Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Architect to lead the end-to-end design process for commercial, industrial, and institutional building projects.

  • Conceptualize and develop innovative designs, working drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation.
  • Independently manage project planning, client interactions, and consultant coordination to deliver projects within timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure designs meet regulatory and quality standards.

About the Role:

This is an opportunity to join our team as a Senior Architect and contribute your expertise in architectural design. You will be responsible for leading multiple projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office (or similar tools).
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulatory approvals, and construction practices.
