About the Role:

  • Daily communication with clients through telephone or video calls is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management: Manage a team of 20-30 individuals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  2. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  3. Revenue Growth: Work closely with the field sales team to achieve revenue and client retention targets.
  4. Complaint Resolution: Ensure prompt resolution of client complaints.
  5. Communication: Maintain daily communication with clients through telephone or video calls.
