Hotel Reservations Executive Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to fill the position of Hotel Reservations Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound client calls, managing reservations, and maintaining customer records.

* The ideal candidate should have experience in hotel reservations or front office operations, with excellent communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel.

* Responsibilities include:

  • Handling client inquiries and converting them into bookings to meet revenue targets
  • Creating business from existing customer accounts by sending new offer updates, packages, and more
  • Maintaining central reservation systems, creating reservations, and updating advance payments and balance receivable
  • Responsible for OTA marketing/promotion plans and identifying new revenue generation opportunities

* Qualifications & Experience:

  • Candidates with at least 2-3 years of experience in front office/reservations department (hotels)
  • Excellent communication skills, English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel is mandatory
