Product Development and Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Development and Growth Specialist to join our team at EnglishBhashi. As a Product & Growth Intern, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our revolutionary language learning platform.

With ambitious goals for scaling, innovation, and user engagement, we're looking for a driven and versatile product development specialist to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Product Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and gaps, gather and analyze user feedback to recommend meaningful product improvements.
- Product Development Support: Collaborate with teams to define product requirements and user stories, assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, work with developers during product development and testing phases to ensure quality.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance using analytics tools, generate reports to measure and analyze key product metrics and suggest improvements.
- User Engagement: Participate in user interviews and surveys to understand their needs and pain points, help design and implement strategies to boost user engagement and retention.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, updates, and roadmaps, support the creation of training materials or guides for internal teams and users.
- Funding & Investor Relations: Research funding opportunities, incubators, and accelerators, prepare and submit applications for funding programs and incubation centers, schedule and coordinate meetings with investors and stakeholders.
- LinkedIn & Content Management: Curate and create engaging content for the company's LinkedIn profile, manage the LinkedIn account to enhance visibility and outreach, monitor analytics to track performance and refine strategies.
- Design & Creative Tasks: Create marketing materials, product visuals, and social media creatives using Adobe Illustrator, contribute to UX/UI improvements through wireframes and design mockups.
- Market Research & Strategy: Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, competitors, and user behavior, provide actionable insights to guide product development and business strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Assist in customer feedback analysis and operational tasks, collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
A self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to dynamic environments, strong research and analytical skills, creativity and expertise in design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Figma, excellent written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with LinkedIn account management and content curation, basic knowledge of product management principles and tools (e.g., JIRA, Notion), passionate about EdTech, user-centric products, and innovation.
Salary Range$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
