About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Influencer Marketing Executive to support our influencer initiatives across various platforms.
This role involves discovering new talent, coordinating collaborations, managing outreach, and tracking performance.
- Influencer Discovery & Outreach:
- Research and identify influencers that align with our brand values.
- Pitch collaboration ideas and maintain timely follow-ups.
- Update influencer databases regularly.
- Campaign Coordination:
- Support campaign planning and execution.
- Coordinate sample dispatch, content deadlines, and posting schedules.
- Share creative briefs and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
- Content & Engagement Tracking:
- Track influencer posts and compile content for internal and external use.
- Monitor engagement and compile performance reports.
- Assist in UGC collection and content approvals.
- Relationship Management:
- Help build long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
- Ensure timely communication and manage basic negotiation.
- Cross-team Support:
- Collaborate with social media, content, and performance marketing teams.
- Support influencer gifting and event campaigns.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related fields.
- Passionate about content, creators, and the influencer ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous internship or freelance work in influencer marketing or social media.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
