Job Title: Cloud Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Operations Engineer to join our team.

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We require an exceptional candidate with hands-on experience in managing cloud-based applications and infrastructure, utilizing their expertise in Angular for front-end development and Microsoft Azure for cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front-end Application Development: Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
  • CIDP Implementation: Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • ITIL Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment and support.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.
  • On-call Support: Participate in on-call support rotation and handle operational escalations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT operations or DevOps roles.
  • Proficiency in Angular (v8 or above).
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of ITIL framework and its practical application.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and incident management platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
