Cloud Solution Architect Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing cloud-based AI solutions for clients, providing technical guidance, and delivering high-quality solutions.

  • Engage in technical discussions with clients, understanding their use-case, technical infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, machine learning tooling, and future goals.
  • Digest information on product feature scope and document, share, and plan future advisories.
  • Assist with compute planning for current optimal usage and future scope, allocating resources through available channels.
  • Advise startups on blockers for scenarios, including cost optimization of machine learning workloads, optimal use of infrastructure, and fine-tuning or inferencing on machine learning platforms.
  • Advise startups proactively on features and open-source software supported by Azure that can be used for their current infrastructure.
  • Provide weekly reporting on these activities and ensure project management independently.
  • Take decisions or escalate matters suitably, as per the needs of the account.
  • Guide fellow professionals on topics they need help with.
  • Design and implement cloud-based AI solutions for clients.
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and objectives.
  • Develop custom solutions to meet client needs.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
  • Participate in proposal development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud and AI technologies and trends.
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements Summary:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in cloud computing and 5+ years in AI technology.
  • Experience designing and implementing cloud-based AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, including Azure Machine Learning and Cognitive Services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, and Java.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Relevant cloud certifications preferred (AZ-104, AZ-305).
Skill Requirements:
  • Understanding of cloud AI infrastructure, platform, and services.
  • Experience handling machine learning-specific requests and/or solution builds for startups.
  • Ability to deep dive on machine learning pipeline, machine learning operations, and data ingestion as it refers to Azure ML.
  • Ability to gear up on applied AI services like Azure OpenAI Service and consult with startups about fine-tuning, simple prompt engineering, etc.
  • Ability to understand the magnitude of machine learning pipeline in terms of data set size, intensive training, and computing involved, to have a planning discussion with the startup.
  • Ability to carry out weekly discussions and report on highs, lows, and blockers.
