Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Operations Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in managing cloud-based applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Angular for front-end development, Microsoft Azure for cloud services, and a strong understanding of ITIL processes to ensure efficient IT service management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular.
  • Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
  • Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment and support.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation and handle operational escalations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT operations or DevOps roles.
  • Proficiency in Angular (v8 or above).
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of ITIL framework and its practical application.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and incident management platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
