Job Title: Land Acquisition Professional
">The primary responsibility of this role is to formulate and execute strategic land acquisition plans for Data Centers and Mobile Switching Centers across India.
">This involves leading negotiations with landowners, developers, and government bodies to secure land and office properties.
">The candidate will be responsible for managing due diligence processes including title verification, regulatory clearances, and risk assessment.
">Additionally, the professional will identify and acquire captive office spaces on lease, including execution and renewal of lease agreements.
">Market research skills are required to evaluate property values, assess investment opportunities, and support strategic decisions.
">Key Responsibilities:
">The successful candidate will build and manage networks with property consultants, landowners, IPCs, and government authorities.
">Critical coordination skills are necessary for inspections, site visits, and feasibility evaluations of potential land or property.
">Risk management is also a key aspect of this role, involving the mitigation of legal and financial risks associated with acquisitions.
">Effective stakeholder relationships must be maintained across internal teams and external regulatory and vendor networks.
">Regular updates on project progress, compliance status, and investment performance will be provided to senior leadership.
