Business Process Analyst

As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in improving and supporting business activities by planning, designing, and recommending business processes. You will analyze and document clients' business requirements and processes, communicating these requirements through conceptual data and process models.

  • Plan, design, and recommend business processes to improve and support business activities.
  • Analyze and document clients' business requirements and processes, communicating these requirements through conceptual data and process models.
  • Create test scenarios and develop test plans to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design.
  • Assist in analyzing testing results throughout the project.
  • Provide input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and develop business specifications to support these modifications.
  • Facilitate meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.
  • Assist in coordinating business analyst tasks on information technology projects and provide support to other team members.
  • Participate in technical reviews and inspections to verify the intent of change is carried out throughout the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least six years of business analysis experience.
  • Experience working with the interface of information technology and functional groups within an organization.
  • Experience working with business processes and re-engineering.
  • Insurance domain knowledge and previous experience in implementing insurance solutions.
  • The ability to lead and conduct discoveries.
