We are seeking a seasoned Surface Sales Professional to join our team at Smart Moves Consultants. As a key player in our luxury materials division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and promoting our high-end surface solutions to architects, interior designers, and specifiers.

About the Role:

  • Sales Promotion: Proactively engage with new and existing partners to promote our brand as a value-added solution in the surface market.
  • Educational Strategy: Deliver comprehensive education on the benefits and opportunities within our portfolio, including understanding our ecosystem partners, surface materials, and integration capabilities.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key accounts to drive product adoption and brand loyalty.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide training and support to sales partners, empowering them to effectively promote and sell our surface solutions.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences related to surfaces and design solutions.

Requirements:

  • Competencies: Analytical mindset, effective communication skills, and familiarity with sales quotations and proposals.
  • Qualifications & Experiences: Bachelor's degree or above, 3-5 years of experience in sales generation within the surfaces or related design industry.

Compensation: A competitive salary range is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and exposure required for the role.
