Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the finance & accounting department including cash receipts & payments, revenue recognition & accounting, general ledger, payroll & utilities, expense planning and management, budget preparation & variance analysis, assets reconciliation, monitor & analyze financial data and produce financial reports & statements (including P&L, balance sheet and cash flows), treasury operations, including over weekends.
  • Establish and enforce proper expense policies and principles, coordinate and complete annual audits, establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Over 5 years' experience as accounting manager, accounting supervisor, controller or treasury manager.
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of principles, policies, and practices related to payment operations, as well as expertise in digital payment processing.
  • Education: MBA Finance, BBA Finance.
  • Ability to manage relationships internally (with key stakeholders) and externally (bankers, auditors).
  • Willingness to work in an early-stage company.
  • Financial services / payments industry background preferred.
  • Must be an 'Owner & Entrepreneur' in the highest degree in the deployment of Company resources.
