**Job Title:** Flutter Developer

Position Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled Flutter developer to create high-quality cross-platform applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create cross-platform applications using Flutter for both mobile and web platforms.
  • Implement state management using the Provider library for scalable applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and enhancements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance across platforms.
  • Evaluate accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards) for web and mobile applications.
Required Skills:
  • 3-4 years of professional experience as a Flutter developer.
  • Proven experience in Flutter Web development.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Provider for state management.
  • Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and rendering pipeline.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience building animations and smooth UI transitions in Flutter.
  • Knowledge of Accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA).
  • Familiarity with performance optimization and app lifecycle management.
