Job Overview

This is a full-time remote role for a specialist responsible for developing training materials on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) and delivering presentations and conducting workshops on POSH. The successful candidate will also provide legal consultation and support regarding sexual harassment cases, draft legal documents, and guide organizations on compliance and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing comprehensive training programs to educate individuals on preventing sexual harassment
  • Conducting workshops, training sessions, and presentations to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  • Providing expert legal advice and support to resolve sexual harassment cases
  • Drafting and revising legal documents to stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations
  • Assisting organizations in maintaining compliance and implementing best practices in preventing sexual harassment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Proficiency in public speaking, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills
  • Strong knowledge of sexual harassment laws and regulations, and excellent legal consultation skills
  • Experience in creating engaging training materials and drafting legal documents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Background in the legal field, particularly in sexual harassment cases, is highly desirable
