Key responsibilities of this position include accurate invoicing of customers, responding to customer queries, and reconciling bank statements in Xero for all bank accounts and credit cards.
This role is ideal for candidates with a background in accounting software and 2-7 years of work experience. We offer a hybrid work opportunity based in Erode, India.
Accounting Responsibilities:- Accurate invoicing of customers by working closely with the sales team.
- Monitor customer deposits and deferred revenue.
- Reconcile trade debtors and trade creditors, including debt collection on a monthly basis.
- Reconcile bank statements in Xero for all bank accounts and credit cards.
- Assist with month-end closing journal entries and preparation of year-end financial statements.
- Verify contractor invoices and payroll manual journals.
This role is based in Erode, India.
