Key Responsibilities:

  • Track metals, power and chemicals sector on regular basis and develop deep understanding of the sector and companies involved.
  • Carry out detailed fundamental analysis of individual companies within and outside the sector.
  • Communicate research findings to team through reports.
  • Meet with company management, conduct periodic calls and prepare reports as required.
  • Interact with sell-side research analysts to identify and track portfolio companies.
  • Recommend securities for investment based on analysis and track portfolio companies.

Requirements:

  • CA/CFA/MBA in Finance degree.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Fundamental Research, specifically in Metals, Power and Chemicals sector.
  • Experience from Sell Side/Buy Side, PMS, Insurance or Global Capability Centre is acceptable but metals, power and chemicals experience is mandatory.
