Senior Client Liaison

We seek an accomplished professional to oversee critical client relationships, driving business growth through exceptional relationship management.
Main Responsibilities:- Expertly manage and maintain key client portfolios.
- Drive the acquisition of new client relationships from our Corporate Banking team, focusing on owners, promoters, directors, and CFOs.
- Anticipate shifting client expectations to ensure we stay ahead of competitors.
- Maintain regular engagement with mapped clients and ensure portfolio quality and profitability at the client level.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of client portfolios and products to increase business share.
- Showcase our full range of consumer and commercial banking products to existing and potential key clients to harness incremental business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements in all dealings.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in managing key client relationships.
- The ability to acquire new client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of consumer and commercial banking products.
- An understanding of KYC and AML requirements.
- A proactive approach to anticipating and addressing client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
