Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team. As a core member of the Development Team, you will take ownership of projects by working independently with minimal supervision.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain software solutions using SQL Server, ASP.Net/Core, and MVC.
  • Create and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in SQL Server 2008 or higher.
  • Implement and generate reports using Crystal Reports.
  • Set up and maintain version control systems like TFS and GitHub.
  • Conduct requirement analysis and gather specifications, especially for healthcare projects.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with industry regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.
  • Collaborate with project managers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • MCA or BE/B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
  • Hands-on experience in at least 3 independent projects using SQL Server 2008 or higher, ASP.Net/Core, and MVC.
  • Strong expertise in Crystal Reports for reporting and data visualization.
  • Experience in setting up and managing version control systems like TFS and GitHub.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare domain, including requirement analysis and gathering.
  • Understanding of data protection and compliance laws.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based application deployment.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and API development.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced development environment.
