About this Junior Architect role:

  • Maintain a daily onsite presence to oversee fabrication, installation, and construction work.
  • Verify that materials, finishes, and construction methods adhere to design standards and specifications.
  • Track daily progress, document site activities, and submit biweekly reports with photographic evidence.
  • Collaborate with contractors, fabricators, and local partners to resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide daily site updates, maintain RFI logs, and escalate any design discrepancies to the Senior Architect.

This is a full-time onsite position at the project site in Patna. Coordination with the Gurgaon team for technical and design guidance is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Site Supervision: Ensure quality control and compliance as per project scope.
  • Quality Control: Verify designs are adhered to.
  • Progress Monitoring: Document and report progress regularly.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Provide regular site updates and escalate discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Requirements:

  • 1+ Years of experience in a similar role.
  • Full-time onsite presence required at the project site in Patna.
  • Coordination with the Gurgaon team for technical and design guidance.
