You will also be responsible for managing trade closing, which involves trade booking in Clearpar, Markit, and Loan trade documentation process. Additionally, you will manage trade settlements, back office functions, and develop and implement best practices in loan operations-related processes and procedures.

About the Team:
Our Lending Operations team is responsible for managing lifecycle events on syndicated loan deals, providing middle office and back-office support to corporate and investment banking divisions. The team works closely with stakeholders in finance, credit, and technology divisions for multiple business lines such as distressed product group, commercial real estate, global credit trading, and structured trade export finance.

Requirements:
You should have a Bachelor's degree or post-graduation degree in Finance, with a minimum of 6 years of work experience in operations. Investment banking experience would be an added advantage but not compulsory. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with consistent deadlines, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should also have strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, understanding of organizational behavior, problem-solving skills, knowledge and understanding of LMA, Loan Market Association, and market.
