Key Engineering Manager Position

Our organization is seeking an experienced and accomplished engineering manager to oversee our forging operations. This critical role involves leading the development of effective engineering strategies that align with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in forging operations and be able to ensure that engineering processes consistently meet price, quality, and delivery targets. They will also be responsible for driving process improvements and innovation in forging techniques to optimize productivity and reduce costs.

To be successful in this position, you should have a degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering, including at least 5 years in forging operations. Strong knowledge of forging processes, tooling, die design, and manufacturing practices is essential.
