Job Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will be a skilled architectural professional who is able to construct clear and detailed diagrams using AutoCAD.

This candidate should have in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary parties to ensure timely execution.

This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development:
  • Analyse architectural designs and plans to ensure they meet industry standards and government regulations.
  • Research and inquire about different materials to ensure the best possible outcome for the project.
  • Supervise junior architects and assign them tasks to ensure efficient project progression.
  • Prepare building models and structure plans to provide a comprehensive understanding of the project.
  • Conduct mockup sessions to identify potential issues and make necessary adjustments.
  • Guide the construction project from start to finish to ensure successful completion.
  • Present project briefs to clients to provide a clear understanding of the project scope.
  • Understand the clients' requirements/preferences and environmental impacts on the construction project.
  • Develop projects by adhering to the specified budget and timeline.
  • Undertake regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to coordinate and maintain positive working relationships with other design professionals.
  • Strong proficiency in REVIT and SketchUp.
  • Growing understanding of building codes and how to apply them.
  • Ability to work on a variety of project types, building typologies, and architectural styles.
