About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand Management & Onboarding Process: We establish and manage demand management & onboarding process for integration initiatives/projects using digital backbone.
  • Project Leadership: You will lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects from planning to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage client, internal team, and third-party vendor expectations, communicate progress, and resolve issues.
  • Resource Management: Allocate project resources (team members, budget, technology assets) to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
  • Methodology & Process: Implement agile/project management methodologies for predictable high-quality delivery, monitoring KPIs/project metrics.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, mitigate project risks/issues, develop contingency plans/escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative high-performing team environment, mentor/coach team members, provide feedback/support professional development.
  • Technical Acumen: Possess understanding of integration technologies (APIs, Events, message queues, Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP IS) to guide technical teams/make informed decisions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, align with business objectives, oversee testing/security/compliance aspects.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 15+ years leading delivery/project management in Integration domain.
  • A minimum of 5 years managing integration-related projects is highly preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of API-led connectivity, Event Driven Architecture, data integration patterns, cloud-based integration services.
  • Agile Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile/other project management methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal/written communication skills/presenting information to technical/non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical/problem-solving skills/proactive/results-oriented mindset.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead/manage cross-functional team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology related field. Project management certification is a plus.
