We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to spearhead and coordinate our ERP initiatives offshore. The ideal candidate must possess a proven track record of managing ERP teams and projects, with hands-on experience in at least one ERP tool. Prior experience in managing Kronos projects will be a significant advantage.

The successful candidate will lead the project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as Scrum Master / TPM for ERP and related integration projects.
  • Managing project progress, risks, and issues across the team.
  • Ensuring proper documentation, communication, and coordination with onsite stakeholders.
  • Identifying process improvements and enforcing Agile best practices.
  • Managing Kronos implementation or support activities (if applicable).
  • Reporting on team velocity, project health, and stakeholder satisfaction.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years in project management or Scrum Master roles.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
  • A strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Kronos WFM / HCM solutions is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP is preferred.
